Return Policy and Instructions



Our first priority is your complete satisfaction with your purchase and we do our best to make returns easy. If the item is unused, has it’s original packaging and tags, and you have your original store receipt or web invoice, you can return it for a refund or credit within 120 days of purchase. Used, worn or washed, and items sold “As-Is” are not eligible for return or exchange at any time. Shipping fees are not refundable.

 All returns require a valid proof of purchase in the form of original web invoice. Returns made within 60 days of purchase will be refunded to the original form of payment. Returns made after 60 days and up to 120 days after purchase will be refunded as merchandise credit. Returns accompanied by a gift receipt will be returned as a merchandise credit. 

 Returns by Mail

Please call us for an RMA # Monday thru Thursday 9AM-6PM EST and Friday 9AM-1PM EST at 845-231-0511. All returns must be unused with original packaging and tags. Purchases will be refunded in the same form of payment originally used for the purchase if received within 60 days. Returns received after 60 days will be refunded as merchandise credit.

In your return please include the following:

- The original packing slip from your order.
- The item you wish to return in its original packaging.

 If you are reusing the original shipping packaging please remove all extra labels from the outside. We recommend that you use UPS or USPS Insured Parcel Post. This will include tracking information for your package. Returns sent via mail can take up to 30 days to be processed for a refund during peak periods. We are NOT responsible for packages lost in transit back to our Return Department.
